[Being a study on the methods and culture of
the ancient Necrontyr race]
TROOPS
Necrontilos Squad
Necron Warriors are super-tough robot killing machines of
unknown origin, armed with the deadly and equally mysterious Gauss-Flayer gun. Their raids
are becoming more and more frequent and they are laying waste to outposts and colonies
before disappearing without a trace.

foul existence: to kill. They have no conscience, no fear, no remorse. Necrons
are immune to psychology and pass all Morale tests they are required to take. |
Necronshis Squad (Scarabs)
The Necron Scarab is a small insect like droid that can
scuttle across the battlefield at remarkable speed, or use its wings to propel itself over
obstacles and terrain. Although it is unarmed, it almost always accompanies the Necron
warriors osing its close proximity to cause weapons and wargear to fail and to weaken
large targets allowing the Necron warriors to move in for the kill.

Metal-Eaters: Scarabs are metal-eating
beings. When they leech onto a vehicle, they begin to eat its metallic armour,
reducing its armour's ability to stop hits from enemy fire. If a Scarab leeches onto
a vehicle, the vehicle's armour in that area only is reduced by 1. This
penalty is cumulative, but Scarabs on one section of a tank do not affect the armour of
any other section. This penalty applies
only whilst the Scarab is in place, the weakening effect does not last once the Scarab has
moved away or been destroyed. |
Necrontis Squad (Assault Warriors)
These are the Assault Troops of the Necrons. They are
deadly opponents in hand to hand, and are very well armed and armoured.

Necronsiish have the ability to work their way into a forward position on the
battlefield. To represent this they may set up using the Infilitrators rule, but
only if the mission allows Infiltrators to be used. If the mission does not allow
troops to use the Infiltrators rule then the Necronsiish must set up normally with the
rest of the army. |
